ABOUT KERRY
Kerry is the CEO and Founder of Caring Lotus, a disability services business that has been operating in Melbourne since 2021.
My passion for empowering individuals with disabilities stems from a firm belief that everyone deserves the chance to lead an enriched and supported life.
My journey began in California, where I spent 10 years working in the public health sector at a leading nonprofit focused on mental health. During this time, I also served as State Secretary for Parents Without Partners, dedicating three years to community volunteer work.
With extensive experience across mental health and disability services, my career has spanned prominent organizations such as RACV, NRMA, Crown Casino, the Department of Justice, and various NDIS providers. This diverse background has shaped my commitment to improving lives and creating meaningful change in the disability support industry.

MY JOURNEY
I continued my journey through a maze of adversities, watching my mother’s battle with a brain tumor and its devastating effects, all while navigating the tumultuous waters of my personal life. Amidst the darkness, my determination to turn pain into purpose led her to triumph over heartbreaks and confrontations with personal demons. Every trial, every obstacle, and every moment of vulnerability became building blocks for my passion for empowerment.
As the founder and CEO of Caring Lotus, I have channeled my life’s lessons into a journey of leadership and ongoing transformation. Drawing from my own experiences, I aim to build an environment where those around find more than just healing - they find a place to rise, thrive, and rekindle the fire of their own potential.
My journey through life has been a tapestry woven with threads of hardship, triumph, and an unyielding spirit. My story began in a world that seemed ordinary, but life’s twists and turns quickly revealed its unpredictable nature. From the tender age of 10, I faced the challenges of epilepsy gripping my mother’s life, stepping into a role of immense responsibility.
